911Cares is a statewide program that provides First Responders with your information while on their way to you.

It's a free service and completely secure. You fill out the form in the comfort of your home, provide it to our state emergency responders, and that's it. After that if you need to call 911 then they will know what your ailments may be, your allergies, etc.
